I personally did not find this one as good as the first two in the series. I felt the author was trying to shove too many emotionally significant events in too short of a novel. Because of that, all of them were covered extremely briefly and felt very superficial, even though those events in a life would be left a very significant impact. Essentially the events felt very superficial in this installment, a shame because I loved the first book about Colt and Savannah. I absolutely had to finish it to find out what happens, because of my interest in the characters from the first book, but otherwise honestly this is one I would not have bothered to finish reading.
